- Your verified PayPal email address
- The names and sizes of the items you would like to order
One of our friendly customer service representatives will verify we can ship to your address and create an order with your requested items.
​Please Note: Large orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve them before we ship your order.​
International delivery generally takes 8-15 business days.
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please visit usps.com for tracking information.
Please note that you are responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties, charged by your government to the purchasing party for importing items.​
Payment for all international orders must be from a verified PayPal. If you are not fully registered with PayPal, your order may be delayed or canceled until your PayPal account is completely verified.​
Due to the extra amount of care and effort that goes into the packing and shipping of international orders we are unable to accept coupons for international orders.​
Refused/undeliverable shipments
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:
- Original and return shipping charges
- Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
